Aluminum Foil Side Gusset coffee bag with valve
Side gusseted coffee bags are available in different styles including foil, poly, quad seal bags and paper bags. Side gusseted bags come in a wide range of sizes and colors and are the most commonly used by roasters and coffee shops for coffee bags. Quad seal side gusseted bags feature a four corner seal that provides extra support for heavier loads. Side gusseted bags work great with resealable tape, bag clips and tin ties to add a reclosable feature on each bag.
Side Gusset
Folds open, allowing the package to expand and accommodate the product.
Bottom Seal
The bottom of the bag is sealed. The bottom of the bag is formed manually or with a forming shoe.
Center Back Seal
Some side gusseted bags have the back seal in the center.
Side Back Seal
Side Gusseted bags can also have the back seal on the right or left side of the back face/panel. The 8 oz and the 16 oz bags have a side back seal to allow maximum space for labeling the package.
